Focus on specific areas of your fitness, set targets and achieve your goals
- A general chat to discuss your current fitness levels and what you want to achieve. This can be done over the phone or in person
- Once we have established what you want out of your training sessions I will talk a little bit about how we can achieve those results.
- You will fill in a quick health questionnaire and a goal setting sheet to really hone in on what your priorities are and any likes and dislikes you have when it comes to training.
- We then go through a complete health & fitness assessment (optional), measuring things such as blood pressure, lung function, body fat and weight.
What happens next?
Once we have done the initial consultation which takes approximately 1 hour, we can make a start on your training. We start with a warm up and we go through some basic exercises to establish where you are fitness wise. Everything we do going forward is tailored to your specific goals.
Feel free to ask any questions at any time and bring a friend who’s interested or just for some added support. No matter what your current level of fitness is, you are going to walk out feeling motivated and ready for more. During the next sessions we progress at a comfortable pace and we measure your performance regularly.
